Key responsibilities include:
-Manage and direct the web design team
-Develop client relations
-Initiate and stimulate Creative ideas for and from everyone involved in the Creative process
-Ultimately responsible for the quality of the final Creative work
-Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
-Ensure that Creative elements meet or exceed the company’s Creative standards
-Provide quality assurance of all Creative deliverables
-Distribute and assign the tasks to the team.
