Retail Sales Manager

Reports to: President .
Classification: Sales and Marketing Department
Subordinates: Sales supervisors, Sales Area, Sales Coordinator, Sales Representative

Target: Be Objectively oriental focusing on clients, create personality expectation & fair participate . on how to deal more Sales and profit, and being selective on whom to deal with area primarily concentrating on 4 and 5 star projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To attend management meetings providing Sales reports for old, new projects, pending projects & Ideas on how to improve Sales and reach the target.
2. To prepare monthly & quarterly schedule visit for Sealy projects .
3. To issue a simple training manual for Sales staff
4. To implement range segments, design, style, and floor layout by comfort, size and price for dealers .
5. To seek and follow up on contract jobs, schedule appointments
6. To seek for new client in the area.
7. To coordinate with the customers for deliveries plus daily communication .
8. To supervise customer relation system ( CRM )
9. To prepare contracts and get it signed .
10. To analyzes the client performance in terms of sales, average dollar value and floor profit matrix.
11. To supervise all payments in MEMF account .
12. To prepare a monthly Sales report for projects .
13. To prepare all the GRN forms for clients, fill all the necessary information.
14. To arrange lunch or dinner meetings with the clients Sales dept. discussing on best, and worst sellers and why, and how to generate more sales.
15. To Set objectives of the department .
16. To make evaluation for staff under his supervision .
17. To set Sales & Sales monthly / annual target & Commissions .
18. To take a leader ship initiative functioning team work environment .
19. To direct development and performance of staff, follow up with corrections when needed .
20. To give credit and highlight others, success .
21. To foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate moral .
22. To assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and occupancy for the total company .
23. To participate in pre and post convention meeting .
24. To provide training program and motivates to sale staff .
25. To participate in training the staff in house or at events a seminars .
26. To distribute articles and summaries for Sales forums for upgrading the skills of Sales executive .
27. To supervise certificate of origin and required documents for managing export .
28. To lead and evaluate Sales forces manage and lead the people .
