Job Description
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the incumbent will have the overall responsibility:
• Managing, developing & leading a dynamic sales team for his region.
• Driving and delivering his monthly regional sales and profitability objectives per budget.
• Maintaining & developing trade relations.
• Training and developing team via extensive field visits and on the job training and coaching.
Skills
• 8 years experience in FMCG sales, with minimum 3 years in a senior sales managerial level.
• Dynamic, aggressive & professional personality.
• Proven planning & problem solving skills.
• Proven computer skills (in power point, excel & word).
• Bilingual, Arabic and English.
Education
Bachelors Degree in the related field from a reputable University.
