Plan and implement all aspects of marketing programs designated to product lines, monitor competition moves and special promotions and oversee that growth targets are met.
• Initiate, implement and follow up promotional programs and events for specific products to increase awareness, sales and market share and image purpose
• Follow up the month to date sales to ensure achievement of the forecast / product line
• Recommend and implement activities of newly launched products
• Direct the sales force towards selling strategic items
• Manage displays for relevant product line(s) / Gondolas, Floor Displays, Stands in the high traffic areas
• Prepare and ensure proper implementation for marketing plan
• Conduct periodic visits to remote areas to follow up on marketing activities and recommend corrective actions if needed
• Implement and monitor all BTL campaigns pertinent on all product lines
• Collect Price Fishing and analyze competition movement
• Ensure proper coverage and availability of all products
• Ensure implementation of the plano-gram on all products
• Coordinate with Product Specialists and Key Account Executives for implementation of awareness campaigns on Products new features
• Propose creative ideas to improve NAPCO’s sales and image
