Objective
He/she will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of the overall B2B sales and marketing strategy of all brands & Solutions. Increase the market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive sales & marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the market.
Roles and responsibilities:
Marketing
• Develop marketing plans, launch plans and quarter promotional plans.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
• Involve with the strategic planning, Coordination & Tactic Generation.
• Responsible for Calendar Construction & Associated Media Planning.
• Advertising: Creative Briefs, development management and communications.
• Develop monthly brand and competition analysis.
• Involved in Budget allocation, marketing expenditure control & monitoring
• Promotion tracking & Analysis
Sales
• Develop, manage and implement the overall B2B Sales strategy
• Develop and manage the strategic and tactical efforts of the Segmentation Unit.
• Develop Sales & Marketing and Product Development plans to achieve the segmented business objectives.
• Select, train, mentor and coach corporate sales, direct sales & telesales teams to achieve target(s).
• Prepare a quarterly analyzed P&L report to top management for the period being reported.
Skills:
• Must be a strong and effective leader.
• Good analytical skills with detailed understand of Mobile application business.
• Strong project management and implementation skills.
• Must be a good team coach and team player.
• Must be an excellent communicator at all levels across the organization.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic & English.
Work location:
• Candidates are needed in GCC and North Africa.
