Objectives / Job Purpose:
Managing Relationship and Sales, establishing new business relationships, growth of traffic, Enhancing the Content & productivity of the Job Portal & Accelerate the growth of all types of online/Executive search revenue.
Duties and responsibilities :
Business Development - e-Recruitment Services
Manage online business development including market intelligence
and analysis, prospect identification and approach strategy, prospecting, preparation of ‘sales-pitches’/proposal and associated follow-up
Manage team to devise and deliver standard offers and bespoke proposals to meet client needs; taking responsibility of the team targets.
Identify new/potential opportunities for partnerships and other areas
Manage client and agency relationships to book campaigns and ensure they are delivered and meet expectations.
Monitor report and benchmark the performance of the sales teams and competitors.
Monitoring of traffic flows, revenue analysis, strategizing for the growth of business.
Website Administration
Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture for Web-based job portal
Participates in establishing and implementing standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions.
Monitor, improve, and update the performance of the Job Portal.
Analyze & debug, content and to maintain accuracy and standards of content on the website
Provide requirements for changes to system by analyzing current situation and comparing to what is needed or when needed
Coach and mentor other members of the team on Web-based technologies
Provide day-to-day support as part of team rotation
