Supply Chain Manager for Agro Sector - Juhayna Food Industries

Manage the day to day inbound & outbound logistics process for both of
the raw materials, feed mill, Farms & Hatcheries products and
Hatcheries, feed mill fleet operations (planning, follow up, maintenance,
reporting) to ensure that all feed mill and farm operations can run without
interruption.
•Ensure that detailed short and long term transportation plans for raw
materials, feed mill products, Hatcheries are developed to (internal)
customer satisfaction, using sales order and forecast input from feed,
Hatcheries production.
•Maintain the fleet of raw materials, feed mill products, Hatcheries trucks in
an optimum state, guaranteeing maximum truck availability, maximum
delivered product quality against lowest operating costs.
•Initiate replacement of trucks, based on detailed analysis of operational
and financial information.
•Initiate outsourcing of transportation activities where effective.
•Manage the day to day operation of the centralized farm warehouses
(follow up on purchase requests, stock control, warehouse hygiene,
reporting) to ensure that the farms are serviced in a speedy manner.
•Liaise with Central Purchasing department relating to Material
Requirements Plan and expected deliveries.
•Maintain material master data in Oracle.
•Optimize working capital by identifying and removing obsolete materials
from the warehouses.
•Assist in improving warehouses operations outside the scope of work
through auditing/consulting.
