Key Job Responsibilities
• Marketing Manager is responsible for branding, planning, developing and execution of Marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, client seminars, publicity events.
• Marketing Manager will be responsible for preparation and coordination of materials for real estate trade shows and promotional activities targeting real estate funds, private equity companies, developers, investors, home builders and owners.
• Responsible to handle sales collateral, overseeing department's budget, administering company's client database and managing junior-level Marketing personnel.
• To be responsible for developing and maintaining Marketing strategies to meet agreed company’s objectives.
• To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement Marketing plan alterations as needed.
• To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Responsible for the Marketing of company products and services to the right market
• Demonstrate technical Marketing skills and company product knowledge.
• Develop an annual Marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
• Budget management. To deliver all Marketing activity within the agreed budget.
• To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
• To manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
• To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its executions.
• Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities
• Prioritize and maximize leasing of owners and/or partner’s properties.
• Maintain and develop a proper client database
• Plan and carry out Marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
• Develop ideas and promote cross selling of products of other companies within Regency Group Holding.
