National Sales Manager - Food Ingredients Division

SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT

a) Managing and motivating Sales Team and directing them to achieve assigned goals.

b) Develop sales lead and pass to the sales team.

c) Activate New Customers and build relationship with major client (Key Customers) and to improve sales with existing customers.

d) Regular market visits to understand the market dynamics and provide feedback / information to the management.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

a) 3+ years of Sales Management experience in Food Ingredients / Bakery Ingredients

b) Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude.

c) Knowledge and relationship with larger food manufacturers and selling experience of emulsifiers, concentrate fiber, Preservatives, Proteins, Starch, Yeast, Stabilizer, Binder and similar ingredients.
