- To carry out quality inspection, to assure the shipped products conform VF quality requirement and timely execution.
- To assure all Factory Assigned QC are well trained and qualified to conduct inspection of VF products
- To provide quality guideline to all QA & Factory Assigned QC.
- Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any technical related issues in garment production.
- Establish and deliver functional excellence through providing high level support and expertise in manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure quality meets specifications.
- Develop clear understanding on brand requirements and close partnership with the factories. Coach factories and liaise their understanding of the brand to elevate product & service standards.
- Proactively foreseen and resolve any potential production issues, balance cost effective production approach and brand’s requirements.
- Timely follow-up, monitor process and progress of product approval to hit deadlines.
- Collaboration with HK sourcing team, QA and other cross-functional departments through production execution.
- Drive for product and process improvement and consistent execution. Encourage best practice sharing.
