Saudi Development Program (SDP) is 18- Month Program for Saudis who graduated with more than 3/ 4 GPA or equivalent and do not have more than 1 year of experience and willing to join the Program by March 2013.
Major Responsibilities
Program Objectives
• Attract the best new Saudi graduates from the market
• Retain high performers.
• Accelerate the transition of the trainee from the status of recent graduate to professional, responsible and accountable contributor to the success of the University.*
